They are also suitable for difficult-to-machine materials like chilled cast iron, high chromium cast iron, and various alloys.

The "FMP" in the model designation signifies a focus on fine milling performance, with the "050" indicating the diameter of the cutter in millimeters. The "SA22" suggests a specific grade of PCBN material used, which is optimized for aggressive milling applications. The "SD07-05" likely refers to the tool's shank diameter and the number of cutting edges, respectively.
Based on the grain size and characteristics of PCBN face milling cutter inserts, we offer two types of CBN materials: PNK0119 and PNH3019.
